This is Un. I am an applied scientist at Amazon. In the past, I was a senior data scientist at Walmart Labs. I have completed the PhD at Santa Clara University advised by Prof. Yi Fang. Prior to SCU, I’ve obtained my bachelor degree in Computer Sciences and Engineering (EECS) from UC Berkeley and the Master degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. My research interests are deep Generative models with applications to information retrieval and recommendation systems, representation learning for text documents, document and word embedding. I also have created Thai-subtitles for more than 120 minutes of Khan academy video lectures.
